# Shipping Policy — Lock Load

**Where we ship**
We ship across Australia and internationally to 27 countries.

**Australia**
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days to metro areas, up to 10 business days to regional WA, NT and remote areas.
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched the same business day.

**International**
- Standard international delivery: typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
- International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

**Tracking**
Every order ships with door-to-door tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

**Delivery times**
Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. While we use reliable carriers, occasional delays outside our control can happen — if your order is running late, contact us and we'll chase it down.
